Group Fitness Instruction

Roy independently runs FitCamp, a  no-frills outdoor boot camp, designed to help people of all fitness backgrounds achieve a TONED body, LEAN muscles, and a CONFIDENT mind. His fitness program will melt fat away leaving firmer, leaner muscles.  Conducted in a supportive outdoor group environment, FitCamp leverages proven techniques to get you in the best shape of your life! Small class sizes and nutritional guidance provide the feel of a personal training session.  The class will invigorate you with the ENERGY to go about LIFE.    

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING + Four Fitness Classes - $200

1. ONE HOUR INDIVIDUAL NUTRITION SESSION (IN PERSON)- Reg. $80 
  • Evaluation of current diet
  • Body assessment  
  • Goal Setting

2. DAILY FEEDBACK on food and nutrition choices over the course of four weeks- Reg. $120
3. FOUR BOOT CAMP FITNESS CLASSES to be used within the first four weeks following the nutrition session  Reg. $80

Personal Training + Nutritional Counseling

  • Fitness Evaluation & Weight, Body Fat, & Circumference Measurements
