STRUCTURED CLASSES THAT CHALLENGE! FIT Camp is a structured class that works muscle groups strategically and improves cardiovascular endurance. FIT Camp orders exercises to maximize results so that you can cram your best workout in 60 minutes time. Many clients who have tried other boot camps in New York have commented that FIT Camp is the most challenging fitness camp they have ever taken.
CLASSES THAT CHANGE By change, we mean rapidly transforming your body to perform at a higher level, radically changing class content, and a whole new attitude towards being active. Workouts are fun and varied to stimulate the mind and body. Agility drills challenge your coordination. High-intensity sets challenge your mental will-power. ATTENTION TO THE INDIVIDUAL Every individual has unique needs, goals, and motivation. Roy wants to get to know you- your strengths and weaknesses, and breaks your goals down to make them achievable. His classes never compromise form. A slight adjustment here... and there... and then you really start to feel the burn! RIGHT INTENSITY & FORM Roy monitors his classes carefully to ensure you are working with the right intensity and form every time. Few trainers have the Roy's level of experience or are keen enough to respond to different class dynamics. EXECUTION Execution is everything. While other boot camps make claims to all of these factors, none execute fitness classes the way that Roy conducts classes.
