Understanding and Accepting Your Ideal Body

My  main goal as a professional in the health and fitness industry is to improve the lives of others. While all of my clients undergo a positive PHYSICAL transformation (achieve tone, lose fat, experience increased energy throughout  the day), not all of them undergo the mental transformation of accepting their  bodies.  Not all of them are contented to know that week after week, they  are getting stronger, running faster, or lifting heavier. Sadly, even regulars  who have an amazing physique and are fit well beyond the average, sometimes still express dismay with their physical condition.  This post is dedicated to changing your definition of success.  


Take  a look at the photo above.  Two world-class gymnasts stand side-by-side.   Both, at the time of this photo, were in competition shape, had gone  through the rigors of similar training.  Yet, their body types are starkly different.  Stop trying to chase an ideal that is unhealthy.  See the below photos for additional examples of top female athletes.  Embrace the features that make you different.
