Eating on the run, is it wise?

Eating on the run? It may save time but it could pack on pounds. FitCampNYC shares why researchers think this is a bad idea.

Have you done this?  Eating on the run is the antithesis of mindful eating according to what researchers found when they had women eat a cereal bar while walking as part of a study. Results: The eat on the run group ate much more during a later taste test, researchers found.
