This week's goal is to get in at least 60 minutes of exercise. And your reward will be reduced stress and a calmer mind. A good workout invigorates your mind, heart and muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed. Replace that drink or sweet with a good sweat. Once the warm temps hit, you'll be ready to hit the ground running with the stuff you really love (running, hiking, biking, water sports,... )
