Feel younger @FITCampNYC. According to the latest reported in the New York Times you can turn back your "Fitness age"!

While you can’t change your chronological age, you can turn back the clock on your ‘fitness age.’

Sign up for FITCamp class & SAVE LIVES!  Earlier this week, I ran into one of my favorite people who happens to work for Doctors without Borders.  We got to chatting about the Ebola epidemic and he shared a few links that made my jaw drop. The CDC predicts that if nothing is done to contain the virus, 1.4 million people will be infected in four months.  Additionally, those who have contracted the Ebola virus have a 70.8 percent chance of dying.

2014 West Africa Outbreak:
Confirmed or suspected cases of Ebola as of September 23, 2014(World Health Organization):

Guinea - 1074 cases, 648 deaths;  Liberia - 3458 cases, 1830 deaths;  Nigeria - 20 cases, 8 deaths;  Sierra Leone - 2021 cases, 605 deaths

From USA TODAY:
WHO: 21,000 Ebola cases by November if no changes
WHO officials say cases are continuing to rise exponentially and could sicken for years.

This brings me to... WHAT CAN YOU DO?  This Saturday's FITCamp class will be dedicated to fundraising for Doctors Without Borders.  ALL PROCEEDS will go towards helping people and organizations contain this deadly disease.   All you have to do is sign up, get a seriously challenging workout, and you will be playing a part to save lives. Doctors Without Borders FITCamp class is only being held this Saturday October 4th @ 10:30 am. It will be a hardcore ab and booty class. See you there and tell your friends!
