My main goal as a professional in the health and fitness industry is to improve the lives of others. While all of my clients undergo a positive PHYSICAL transformation (achieve tone, lose fat, experience increased energy throughout the day), not all of them undergo the mental transformation of accepting their bodies. Not all of them are contented to know that week after week, they are getting stronger, running faster, or lifting heavier. Sadly, even regulars who have an amazing physique and are fit well beyond the average, sometimes still express dismay with their physical condition.
